Private Lessons

Private Lessons are ideal to fit around your busy life and are created to fit your needs. We strongly recommend them for LAMDA Solo Exams, Interview Technique and Audition Prep! Classes run for 30 or 60 minutes with Brooklyn, Sarah or Leyanne. They can be held at the privacy of your own home or at our sites. (London, Dorset or Warminster)

After School Drama Clubs

These are weekly clubs focusing on confidence, reliance and fun! Children will learn how to vocally and self-assuredly present themselves - an excellent class for self-expression; communicative development and self-esteem building. They are hour long clubs running after school and can hold up to 20 Students. At the end of each term there would be a presentation where the class can show their parents what they have learned. There are 10 lessons a term and tie in with the national curriculum, where appropriate.

We also offer LAMDA Clubs where we prepare our students for Verse and Prose LAMDA exams, that are normally taken in the summer term. These exams can count towards UCAS points and give our students more confidence when approaching GCSE and A-Level texts.

PLAY IN A DAY

AS&DT offer a "PLAY IN A DAY" events for schools. Aimed at years 6 to 9 we take a Shakespeare play (such as Mid Summer Nights Dream, Romeo and Juliet, Much ado About Nothing, Macbeth or Hamlet) and will put it on for friends, classmates and family at the end of the school day.

Students will learn the play itself and the history behind it. As well as improvisation, team work, acting technique and gain confidence in their skills. It is perfect to reinforce that these are not just words on the page. They are relevant and fun!

Directing                               

If you are at a loss, AS&DT can direct your school play or assembly (from ages 3 and up). We supply the scripts, music, sets, and props. Our plays are age appropriate and tie in with the national curriculum. We have even been know to wright them for the schools.
